Hexarelin Dosing Protocol: GHRP Research Guide

Also known as: Examorelin, EP-23905

What is a Peptide?

A short chain of amino acids (2-50) linked by peptide bonds. Smaller than proteins. Your body produces thousands of peptides naturally as signaling molecules that regulate everything from appetite to healing. Therapeutic peptides mimic or enhance these natural signals.

Research reference only. Hexarelin is not FDA approved for human use (unless specified above). This information does not constitute medical advice.

Overview

Hexarelin is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing peptide (GHRP) that stimulates the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. It is more potent than GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 and does not significantly increase appetite.

Mechanisms of Action

  • Activates ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) in pituitary
  • Stimulates strong GH release without significantly raising cortisol or prolactin
  • Has cardioprotective effects independent of GH release
  • May improve cardiac function through direct action on heart tissue
