Overview
P21 is a synthetic neurotrophic peptide derived from CNTF (ciliary neurotrophic factor) that promotes neurogenesis and cognitive enhancement. It was developed specifically to improve learning and memory.
Mechanisms of Action

- Increases BDNF expression via TrkB/PI3K/AKT pathway
